                The Department, on 06th August, 2003, has issued the combined seniority list of Executive Engineers (Civil). As was expected, tremendous damage has been inflicted on the direct Recruit cadre. As many as 322 Promotees have been placed senior to the officers of 1991 batch and beyond. All batches from 1988  have been affected by the diversion of the vacancies. All officers are requested to send their representations ( thru proper channel & a copy endorsed to Association ) on the lines of model draft representation which will be uploaded shortly.

All Officers are requested to update themselves on their legal contribution arrears. Since litigation is an expensive propositions, we have started collecting the third installment of Rs 5000/-.
